Directions

Step 1

Leave the gari in the water for a few minutes.

Step 2

Sweat the chopped onions, chopped tomatoes and chili pepper in oil, then season with salt.

Step 3

Add the shrimp with the cassava flour and mix.

Step 4

Pour in a ladle of hot water and continue mixing.
