Start by preheating the oven to 200°C.
Sweat the shallots for a few minutes, and add the crab crumbs.
Add the tomato paste at the end of cooking.
Add the béchamel sauce to the crab mixture, and season with pepper, salt and nutmeg.
Divide this mixture into ramekins.
Sprinkle with grated Gruyère cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
