Start by preheating the oven to 180°C.
Boil the sliced potatoes for 9 minutes.
Crush the gaperon into crumbs, then add the crème fraîche and chopped onion.
In a pan, sweat the bacon and remove it.
In the same pan, add the potatoes and cook for a few minutes.
Place the dough in a dish, add the bacon and potatoes, then pour the gaperon mixture on top.
Bake for 25 minutes.
