Directions

For 6 people

Step 1

Brown the grated zucchini in a little olive oil with garlic, salt and pepper, until tender.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Step 3

Beat the ricotta with the eggs. Add the lukewarm zucchini, cut pancetta, goat cheese and pink berries. Mix everything. Salt very little and pepper according to your taste.

Step 4

Bake for 35 minutes.
