To prepare the dough, mix flour, salt, and butter until you have visible lumps of butter. Add water and shape into a disc. Roll out the dough and place it in a quiche pan. Refrigerate.
For the filling, cook the onions with oil and lemon juice in the oven, add the cabbage and garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix eggs, cream and milk, then add the vegetables and cheese to the crust.
Bake and let cool before serving.
