Remove the bones from the halibut fillets using bone tweezers or a sharp knife, then place them on parchment paper in a baking dish.
Brush the fillets with olive oil using a silicone brush and add freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Preheat the oven to 200°C, season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste, and add a few capers on top.
Bake for 10 minutes, then serve the halibut fillets on a serving platter and enjoy immediately.
