Before you begin, preheat your oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix the softened butter and sugar, kneading well by hand. Then add the whole eggs and continue kneading until everything is well incorporated.
In another bowl, mix the flour, oats, and salt, then pour this mixture into the first bowl and mix again until everything is well combined.
Form a large, compact ball. Make sure all ingredients are well mixed.
Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Using a tablespoon, take some of the mixture and form balls the size of a large walnut, flattening them slightly.
Place them on the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
