Before you begin, preheat the oven to 180°C.
Beat together the butter and sugar until smooth, then add one egg.
In a separate bowl, mix all the other ingredients except the milk.
Add this mixture to the butter-sugar mixture, alternating with the flour and milk, stirring well.
Pour everything into a piping bag, then place rounds of dough on a baking sheet lined with a special whoopie mold.
Bake for about 15 minutes. Once cooked, let them cool slightly before placing them on a sheet of baking paper.
Once the shells have cooled, spread fluff on one side and stick it with another shell.
