Put the yeast with the milk in the robot tank, then put the flour, yeast, milk, eggs, sugar and pinch of salt. Knead with the hook for 10 minutes.
Cover the dough and let stand for 1 hour.
Degas the dough and shape balls of 40 grams.
Place them in a frame or circle and let stand again for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 150°C (not rotating) and cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with icing sugar once cooled.
