Mix your chocolate pieces with 6 spoons of water in a saucepan
Melt the mixture over low heat, making sure to stir until a smooth paste is obtained
Separate the egg whites from the yolks
Pour the chocolate paste and the egg yolks in a bowl and mix
Mount the egg whites in snow and add a pinch of salt before mixing with the chocolate preparation
Pour everything into a large bowl
Chill for about 3 hours before serving.
