Preheat the oven to 210°C
In a bowl, mix 125 grams of butter, sugar and honey using a wooden spoon before incorporating the eggs one by one
Add 150 grams of sifted flour, baking powder and cocoa powder
Butter then flour your madeleine molds with the leftovers of butter and flour
Bake for 10 minutes
In a saucepan, melt the chocolate and the crème fraîche
Spread the mixture obtained on the madeleines using a brush and let cool.
