Preheat your oven to 180°C
Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat
Whisk the eggs and sugar until they whiten in a bowl
Mix the flour, yeast and baking soda in a bowl, then pour into the bowl containing the eggs and the whitewashed sugar
Mix everything until you get a smooth and homogeneous paste
Add the butter and chocolate mixture to the preparation, then stir with a spatula
Share the dough between the muffin molds
Cook for about 15 minutes.
