Wash the oranges and peel them so as to remove the entire skin and white membrane, then cut them into small pieces.
Reserve a few bark and chop them finely to incorporate them into the preparation.
In a pot or a jam bowl, mix the oranges, the chopped bark and the sugar.
Cook the preparation over high heat, taking care to respect a cooking time of 15 minutes after boiling. During cooking, stir the preparation regularly using a spatula to obtain a homogeneous texture.
Check the consistency by spreading a few drops of jam on a plate. This is ready if it flows slightly on a leaning plate.
After 15 minutes, remove the foam using a skimmer and remove the fire preparation.
Transfer the jam in previously washed jars and close in hermet before letting cool.
