In a salad bowl, wash the cherries abundantly and remove the nuclei using a cherry denominator.
Put the pitted cherries and previously weighed in a container for cooking or a pan and pour the sugar into it.
Mix everything with a wooden spoon.
Heat the preparation over high heat and bring it to a boil.
Once boiled, leave it on the heat for 7 minutes while stirring regularly.
When the preparation becomes viscous, test the cooking of your jam by pouring a few drops on a cold plate and lean it slightly. The preparation must flow slowly.
Once the desired result has been obtained, remove the fire jam and remove the foam using a skimmer.
Press the jam using a fork or go to the diver mixer to obtain a homogeneous consistency.
Pour the jam into the jars and overturn them 1 minute before putting them back in the place. Let cool.
