In a bowl, separate the whites from the egg yolks.
Beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl until you get a white color.
Sift the flour and incorporate it into the preparation, at the same time as the yeast.
Whisk the egg whites using a whisk or drummer and incorporate into the dough.
Cover the baking sheet using a baking paper.
Pour the dough and cook for 10 minutes at 200°C.
Turn the cake over a flat surface to remove the baking paper and let cool.
Spread the jam lengthwise and wrap the cake.
