Soften the butter until you obtain a consistency in ointment.
Split the vanilla lengthwise and scrape to take the grains.
In a bowl, mix the butter, icing sugar, salt, egg and vanilla grains taken beforehand.
Add the flour and continue to mix using a spatula or whisk until you have a homogeneous texture.
Put the dough in a pastry bag and form w -shaped cookies on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 180°C, bake the cookies and cook for about 15 minutes. Cakes must have a golden color.
While the cookies cool on a grill, prepare the frosting by melting the chocolate in a bain -marie.
Dip half the cooled cookie in the frosting and let freezer before tasting.
