In a bowl, mix the flour and salt then form a well in the center. Gradually pour 20 centiliter of milk then bring the flour back to the edges towards the middle
Beat the eggs and mix them with the dough, whisking vigorously
Pour the remaining milk while continuing to whisk until a homogeneous and fluid paste is obtained
After adding the oil, whisk again
Let the dough rest for 1 hour at room temperature
Heat an oiled pan beforehand then cook the pancake on each side.
