Preheat your oven to 180°C. Then peel the rhubarb before cutting it. To have a good decoration, it is better that the sections have a length of 12 cm. Subsequently, sprinkle them with sugar, about 20 g. Before cutting them into small strips, disgorging them in a colander (about an hour).
During the second step, spread the pie dough in a mold, preferably rectangular, and cook it white. Allow 15 minutes before removing it.
In a bowl, beat the rest of the sugar with the egg to obtain a frothy preparation. Then add the crème fraîche, the almond powder and mix the whole. After this stage, put everything in the bottom of the pie and cover with the rhubarbes.
Finally, put in the oven for about 35 minutes.
