Butter 4 ramekins
Pour a tablespoon of fresh cream and ¼ slice of white ham previously cut into each ramekin
Break an egg in each ramekin and season
Sprinkle with grated cheese and nutmeg
Preheat the oven to 150°C
Put the cook eggs in a double boiler for 6 to 8 minutes
Enjoy hot with bread handfurns.
