Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut into small diced ham and half the cheese.
Chop the nuts, grate the rest of the cheese. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the sifted flour with the yeast.
Add the milk, softened butter, oil, grated cheese, salt and pepper.
If the dough is smooth, add the diced cheese, nuts and ham, mix.
Butter a cake pan, pour the preparation and bake for 45 minutes.
Unmold the cake and let it cool before cutting it into slices.
Serve as an aperitif as cubes or as a starter with a green salad.
