Remove the chicken flesh from the bone then coarsely cut the pieces.
In a saucepan, pour sesame oil, brown sugar, cornstarch and Teriyaki sauce.
Bring your saucepan to a boil and mix until a thick sauce is obtained. Cut the garlic into small pieces.
Pass your chicken to the mixer by adding the egg yolk and the finely cut garlic. Add the diced ginger. Form dumplings with the palm of your hands.
Brown your dumplings in a pan by adding the sauce obtained previously. Prick your dumplings in wooden pins.
Pour the sauce over your skewers
