Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Heat the oil and cook the chopped beef for 5 minutes.
Chop the onion and garlic.
Add the onion, garlic, half the tomato sauce and peppers and cook for 12 minutes.
Divide the preparation over the tortillates and roll.
Pour a little from the rest of the sauce in a baking dish.
Nept the tortillas with the rest of the sauce, cover with cheese and sprinkle with jalapeño chili.
Put in the oven for 20 minutes.
Serve.
