Preheat the oven to 210°C.
Spread the mustard on the chicken thighs and dip in the breadcrumbs. Put salt and pepper at your taste.
Sprinkle the chicken of lemon juice after having placed them in a baking dish. Pour the white wine around the chicken thighs.
Put in the oven for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, take out the thighs, turn them over and go to the oven for 20 more minutes.
Serve dotted with parsley.
