Preheat the oven to 120°C. Mount the egg whites with the vinegar. When they start to go up, add the Maizena, then the sugar little by little. The mixture must be shiny and consistent.
Spread the preparation on a silicone canvas or parchment paper on a baking sheet. Bake for 1h15, rotating heat.
At the exit of the oven: whisk your cream until it goes up in whipped cream. Once it is partially mounted, sugar it. Wash the fruits, cut them into pieces.
Spread the whipped cream on the meringue, divide the fruit, sprinkle with icing sugar and possibly serve a raspberry coulis. You can also serve it cut into pieces.
