Degrease the duck breasts and enter them over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Preheat the oven to 170°C.
Put the duck breasts in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes according to your preferences.
Sprinkle with a little chopped garlic and chopped parsley and cut the meat. Serve and treat yourself.
