Preheat your oven to 190°C. Cut the ham into small pieces.
Put the gorgonzola and the crème fraîche in a bowl. Mix well while crushing the gorgonzola, to obtain a fairly thick dough.
Place the asparagus, the ham pieces on top in a baking dish, then cover with the gorgonzola cream. Bake for 30 minutes, until it is golden brown.
