Peel the Céleri rave ball then detail its flesh into cubes. Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves. Clean then finely chop the parsley.
Wear a large volume of slightly salted water to a boil, then immerse the diced celery rave for a 15 -minute cooking.
After cooking, drain the diced celery rave, then dry them.
Then heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, then sauté the celery rave pieces with the bacon for about 5 minutes, stirring.
Before the end of cooking, incorporate the garlic and parsley into the pan. Mix!
Serve.
