Brown the cut chicken in hot oil.
Add the chopped onions and tomatoes cut into small pieces and let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add the chopped peppers, tomato puree, crushed garlic and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Add water until the chicken is covered and cook for another fifteen minutes.
Dilute the paste with a little water and the stock cube and add to the mixture. Cover and cook until the chicken is fully cooked.
Serve with pasta.
