Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Set them aside.
Pour the flour into a large bowl, season with salt and pepper. Make a well in the center and pour in the vegetable oil and then the egg yolks. Mix, then add the milk while stirring.
Beat the egg whites until stiff, then fold them into the previous mixture. Once you have a doughnut batter, set aside.
Meanwhile, peel the onions and cut them into rings, then set aside.
Heat the oil in a deep fryer, then dip the onion rings into the batter and coat them.
Then add the onion to the hot oil. Fry for a few moments until the donut is golden brown.
Drain and place on paper towels before serving.
