Rinse the swordfish slices. Peel and grate the garlic cloves and add them to a salad bowl. Add the oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix and cover the fish with this marinade.
Rinse the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Rinse and cut the cucumber into cubes. Strip the parsley leaves and then slice the onions. Mix everything together, then add the olive oil, oregano, and salt.
Grill the swordfish slices for 4 minutes on each side.
Serve the swordfish with lemon wedges and salad.
