Cut the tofu into small slices of about 1 cm, then into strips and then into sticks 3 cm thick.
Place the tofu sticks in an airtight container and pour in the soy sauce.
Grate the ginger and add it to the mixture.
Close the container and stir vigorously so that the liquid and ginger are well distributed, then let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Then drain the tofu. Then in a very hot oiled pan, add the tofu and grill it.
Once the tofu sticks are golden brown, serve with rice or vegetables.
