Preheat the oven to 170°C
In the bowl of the robot, whisk the eggs and the sweet concentrated milk until the mixture becomes frothy
Leave the robot turn and add the oil in the fillet.
Mix together the corn flour, almond powder, salt, gluten -free yeast and vanilla
Add them gently and gradually to the dough, let the robot turn to mix everything well
Pour into a silicone mold
Leave cure for 40 minutes while checking its cooking at the end
Take it out of the oven, let it cool before unmolding it.
