In a pan, brown the chopped pepper, chopped garlic and onion, salt and pepper and herbes de Provence.
Then add the mushrooms, tomato sauce and crème fraîche.
Pour a little tomato sauce into an ovenproof dish, then add a layer of lasagna noodles, some tuna, and Gruyère cheese.
Repeat the operation until you have used up all the ingredients, and finish with a layer of Gruyère cheese.
Bake at 210°C for 30 min.
Serve.
