In a bowl, put coriander, sliced green olives, grated cheese and drained tuna.
Add the egg, then pour in the juice of half a lemon and sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper. Mix everything together.
Take a sheet of brick pastry, add a tablespoon of the resulting filling, add cheese and fold into a triangle shape.
In a frying pan, heat the oil, then place the brick pastry on the pan, browning both sides. Let it rest on absorbent paper.
Serve hot, drizzling the bricks with lemon juice.
