Place your molds on the work surface. Then add the coconut fat to a bowl.
Place your bowl in a double boiler to melt the fat.
Crush the chocolate and add it to the mixture. Stir the mixture and pour in a little cognac.
Fill each mold with the mixture and sprinkle with flaked almonds and grated coconut. Garnish with candied lemon, chili pepper, ginger, and raisins.
Leave for a few hours then serve.
