Separate the egg whites from the yolks
In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with sugar and 3 tablespoons of lukewarm water then gradually add the flour and the Alsatian yeast
Mount the egg whites in snow before incorporating them into the previous mixture
Spread the paste obtained in a mold, then cover with baking paper 1 cm thick
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, make sure that the cookie is golden brown
Unmold once cooled, then wrap using a damp cloth
In a saucepan, melt the chocolate before adding the butter, then mix
Unroll the cookie to spread 2/3 of chocolate, then start rolling up
Sprinkle the rest of the chocolate on top, then put in the fridge.
