Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with sugar and a pinch of salt until the mixture turns white.
Gradually add the butter, flour, and baking powder. Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently fold them into the previous mixture.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and butter a tart tin.
Pour the batter into the mold and arrange the pitted greengages on top.
Bake for 30 minutes.
