Preheat the oven to 160°C
Melt butter in a pan
Reduce crumb cookies
Mix the cookies with the melted butter in a bowl until a dough is obtained
Taster the dough obtained in cookie cutters previously placed on baking paper, then let stand in the fridge
Assemble the cream chantilly
Whisk the mascarpone and the eggs in a bowl, then incorporate sugars and whipped cream
Pour the preparation over the dough once it is fresh
Oven for 1 hour
Leave to cool and place in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Sprinkle the cocoa powder on the cheesecake before serving.
