In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and yeast. In a separate bowl, dissolve the molasses in warm water, then add this liquid mixture to the dry mixture. Mix well until you have a smooth dough.
Mix the ingredients in a bowl until you get a moist dough. Pour the mixture into a previously oiled and floured loaf tin, sprinkle with the seeds and cover with a damp cloth.
Let the dough rest in a warm place for 20 minutes before baking in the oven at 220°C or gas mark 7 for 45 to 50 minutes.
