Start by preheating the oven to 200°C.
In an oiled frying pan, cook the chopped leeks for 10 minutes. Add the bacon, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3 minutes.
Cook the pasta, then drain it and add a drizzle of olive oil.
In a bowl, combine the cream, milk, salt, nutmeg, eggs, and grated cheese. Add the leeks, bacon, and pasta, then mix.
Place the mixture in a baking dish, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
