Start by cutting the zucchini into slices and steam them. Chop the onions.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the eggs with the cottage cheese, add three-quarters of the onions and the cornflour, then mix, and season with salt and nutmeg.
Place the zucchini in an oiled baking dish and pour the mixture over it. Sprinkle with the remaining onions. Bake for 30 minutes.
