Start by chopping the onions, chicken, and button mushrooms. Place the black mushrooms in water for 15 minutes.
Boil 1.5L of water with the stock cubes. Add the noodles and cook for 5 minutes.
Brown the chicken in oil and a spoonful of soy sauce, add the onions and mushrooms, simmer for 2 minutes.
Add the black mushrooms, a spoonful of soy sauce, and the vermicelli noodles and mix. Add the remaining soy sauce. Season with pepper.
