Before starting the preparation, it is recommended to preheat the oven to 220ºC.
Soak the raffia in water and drain it.
Peel, wash, and crush the garlic in a mortar. Then, mix it with the soy sauce, coconut milk, and honey in a salad bowl.
Cut the chicken breasts in half on a cutting board and place them in the marinade. Cover everything with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for one hour.
Clean the banana leaf with a damp cloth and cut it into strips. Soften it in hot water and drain the chicken breasts.
Place a piece of chicken on each banana leaf strip, fold the strip to cover the chicken, and secure it with raffia.
Place the packets in a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes. During cooking, turn the packets over and baste them regularly with the marinade juices.
Once cooked, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot with rice.
