Directions

Step 1

Cut the veal escalopes, carrot, and onion into pieces. Brown them for a few minutes in a pan with butter and smoked bacon.

Step 2

Add the Ratafia, parsley and cloves, season with pepper and salt, and simmer for 35 minutes.

Step 3

Remove the parsley and cloves, add a drizzle of truffle oil.
