Directions

For 4 people

Step 1

Brown the diced potatoes and the sliced leeks in the butter.

Step 2

Stir in all other ingredients except the cheese and croutons. Let it boil.

Step 3

Let it cook for 30 minutes over low heat.

Step 4

Remove the bay leaves and blend the mixture, then season with pepper and salt.

Step 5

Sprinkle with croutons and cheese before serving.
