Start by grating the garlic and ginger. Add the butter, saffron, and the grated zest of half a lime.
Add the Espelette pepper and mix. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Divide the lobster tails in half and garnish them with the butter mixture.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 12 minutes. Add a dash of lemon juice.
