Mix all ingredients, adding the oil last.
Once the batter is ready, pour half of it into a springform pan and arrange the flower clusters on top, stems upwards.
Carefully pour in the remaining batter so that the ends of the stems emerge from the batter. Bake the cake for 35 to 40 minutes at 180°C.
Once the cake has cooled, gently pull the stems to release the flowers and their delicate fragrance, which will be trapped in the cake.
