Start by chopping the chervil and chives. Mash the goat cheese and stir in the chervil and chives.
Add white wine, a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of Espelette pepper and mix.
Stuff the piquillo peppers with this mixture. Arrange them on plates and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Espelette pepper.
