Start by brushing the chicken with olive oil, then mix salt, pepper and nigella on a plate before rolling the chicken pieces in it.
In a baking dish, pour two glasses of water and two tablespoons of olive oil, add the chicken, lemon zest and onions.
Sprinkle everything with the remaining mixture of salt, pepper, nigella, ginger and turmeric.
Bake in the oven at 200°C until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve it with rice or vegetables.
