Brown the chopped onion with the bacon in an oiled casserole dish.
Add the white wine and cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in the tomato puree, cream and stock cubes.
In a pan, brown the meat cut into large pieces.
Add the meat to the sauce and mix.
Season with salt and pepper and cook for 2 hours.
Before the end of cooking, add parsley and raisins.
